ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative with Casie Johnson Insurance and Financial Services, Inc., you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

- Greet and assist clients as they enter the office, providing a friendly and professional first impression.
- Reach out to customers regarding late payments and help facilitate timely resolutions.
- Assist customers in filing insurance claims, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
- Support clients with policy changes, such as replacing vehicles on their policies.
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing knowledgeable and efficient service.
- Maintain and update client records in our database.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
- Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to provide accurate information to clients.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Valid property and casualty insurance license will be required.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related role within the insurance industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and insurance software.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in insurance or customer service is a plus.
This employment opportunity is with a State Farm Agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies and requires the successful completion of licensing requirements to solicit and service State Farm products.
Compensation: $15.00 per hour
