RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle the needs of a customer.
- Commit to our prioritization of notes and processes
- Instill confidence in the customer that you are the right person for their needs
- Own your role in the office.
- Begin with curiosity around what the real issue is and commit to full resolution
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 10+ years of experience in a State Farm office.
- You could run the office if you needed to. (I have five of these people on my team already!)
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
Compensation: $80,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
