ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative with Selene Eagan-Tingle State Farm, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people will make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes, payments and updates.
- Guide customers through the claims process.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Provide customers with a thorough review of their current policies.
- Pivot to other coverages/lines of insurance based on a thorough needs based analysis of the customer's current situation.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have solid verbal & written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Strong organization skills with an attention to detail
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- P&C/LHA license a plus.
