- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales or a related field (preferred).
- Have (or willing to obtain) Michigan Department of Insurance License in both Property & Casualty and Life & Health.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
