Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to customer inquiries, resolving issues and concerns effectively to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring that information is complete and easily accessible.
Assist in implementing customer retention strategies that foster long-term relationships and loyalty.
Collaborate with various departments to guarantee customer satisfaction and seamless operations.
Stay informed about our insurance products, including auto, fire, and life insurance, as well as industry trends, to provide clients with accurate and relevant information.

Qualifications:

Must possess a Property & Casualty License.
Life & Health License or willingness to obtain within 60 days of hire.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
1-3 years of experience in customer service and sales is preferred.
Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
