Job Description:

Our State Farm Insurance Agency is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish, possess a minimum of one year of office experience, and have a background in the insurance industry. This part-time position requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients in both English and Spanish via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Assist clients with inquiries related to insurance policies, coverage options, and claims processing.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and ensure follow-up on all inquiries and requests.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service delivery.
  • Educate clients on insurance products and services, helping them understand their options and making informed decisions.
  • Support administrative tasks as needed, including data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments.
Qualifications:

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of office experience, preferably in a customer service role.
  • Background in the insurance industry is preferred; familiarity with insurance terminology and processes is a plus.
  • Insurance license is preferred but not required; willingness to obtain a license is a must.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable with various computer systems.
  • Background Check will be required
Work Schedule:

  • This is a part-time position, requiring availability from Wednesday to Friday. Flexibility in scheduling may be considered.
Compensation: $20.00 per hour
