RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with the agent to align internship tasks with the insurance agency's business goals, ensuring clear and measurable objectives are established.
- Manage and contribute to the agency's social media presence by creating engaging content, scheduling posts, and monitoring interactions to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing events, including community outreach initiatives and promotional activities, to promote the agency's services and strengthen client relationships.
- Provide prompt and friendly customer service by addressing general inquiries related to the agency’s services and directing more complex questions to licensed agents.
- Utilize strong communication skills to effectively address customer needs while promoting the agency's services and initiatives to foster business growth.
- Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and social media efforts, providing insights and recommendations for improvement based on data and customer feedback.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- To be eligible for an internship, you must be a full-time student currently enrolled in an undergraduate or post-graduate program throughout the duration of the internship.
- Coursework or expressed interest in areas such as Insurance, Financial Services, Real Estate, Marketing, etc.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, as well as operate independently
- Effective customer service and interpersonal skills, including the ability to create, build, and maintain relationships with internal and external parties
- Prioritization, time management, and organizational skills to meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
Compensation: $12.00 per hour
