Self development is at the core of every successful sales professional, so that will always be the focus in our office. While our community, customers and prospects are always at the center of what we do, we remember that you cannot be the best you can be if you don't focus on self care & self development.
The Insurance Sales Account Representative will be open to making connections, growing relationships and being there for our customers. The candidate must be reliable and have impeccable work ethic -- if you cannot commit to a full time, Monday through Friday work environment, this position is not for you. No weekends necessary unless it is what works for you to close a sale. This position is 80% sales, 20% service to our current customers. Agent Aspirant's welcome.
Two licenses through the State of Michigan are required for this position: Property & Casualty and Life & Health. These licenses must be obtained before commission can be earned.

- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication & ability to form relationships easily
- Sales Experience is preferred
- Dependable, Reliable and impeccable timeliness
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask a must
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
Compensation: $64,200.00 - $91,300.00 per year
