Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

The State Farm Insurance Agency Customer Relation Representative-Agent Team Member is responsible for providing a remarkable customer experience resolution on the first contact, address gaps in the customers' account, offer and write additional insurance products based on needs, develop prospective customers, and quote and sell prospective customers all State Farm Insurance products based entirely on their needs.
  
Essential Functions
Answer incoming customer phone calls and take appropriate action for each call
Enter and verify accurate orders via phone, email, and fax for customers
Determine lead times and freight methods to ensure timely arrival based on customer needs.
Offer suggestive sales of products, programs and promotions based on needs.
Interact with customers, primarily via telephone, email, text and in person.
Participate and assist with new customer product generation (i.e.  cross sell, lead generation, referrals, reviews, etc.).
Maintain customer satisfaction through timely follow-up using clear and professional verbal and written communication.
Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
Maintain a professional demeanor, treat internal and external customers with courtesy and respect at all times.
 
Education & Experience 
Strong computer skills
Preferred min 2 yrs customer service/retention and/or sales experience
Prefer insurance agency experience of 1+ yrs
Minimum HS or GED

Team oriented problem solver who takes ownership of their work, and complete accurately on a timely basis.

Insurance Licenses (possess or able to acquire asap)

Total compensation for this role is based on various factors, including but not limited to skill set, insurance licenses, education and level of experience in this position
 
 
Compensation: $38,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
