ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Sierra Juhl - State Farm Agent, you will play a vital role in driving sales and providing exceptional service to our clients. This position combines a strong focus on sales with customer service, allowing you to build lasting relationships while meeting your sales goals. RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Sales Focus: Proactively engage with new and existing clients to identify their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention through effective communication and follow-up.
  • Policy Review: Conduct regular policy reviews with clients to ensure their coverage remains relevant and competitive.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and changes in regulations to effectively advise clients.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with team members to develop sales strategies and share best practices for achieving targets.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, policy details, and sales activities in our CRM system.
  • Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance your product knowledge and sales techniques, with opportunities for professional development.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience: Previous experience in sales, particularly in the insurance industry, is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates strong potential and a willingness to learn.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess client needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM software and other digital tools to manage client information and track sales performance.
  • Team Player: A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work independently and contribute to a positive team culture.
