Key Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt and professional support to customers regarding their insurance policies
- Assist with policy changes, coverage questions, billing inquiries, and claims
- Conduct policy reviews to ensure customers have adequate and appropriate coverage
- Recommend additional insurance products to meet client needs
- Build long-term relationships through consistent, high-quality service
- Support the agency’s growth through referrals and lead generation
What We’re Looking For:
- Bilingual in Russian and English (strongly preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous customer service or sales experience preferred
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Friendly, team-oriented, and motivated to grow professionally
- Willingness to obtain state insurance licenses (we provide support and guidance)

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
