Bilingual Spanish Insurance Account Representative - Dave Vidmar State Farm

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Sales and Customer Acquisition: Connect with potential customers and recommend State Farm products that meet their needs.
  • Consultative Selling: Talk with customers and discuss the best solutions 
  • Customer Relationships: Build lasting relationships with clients, providing ongoing support, and addressing any concerns they may have.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our team to achieve individual and team sales targets and contribute to the success of the agency.
QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must have Maryland Property & Casualty license
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Experience in customer service or sales is preferred
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
