What You'll Actually Be Doing

  • Talk to people, earn their trust. You'll work with new and existing customers to understand their needs and match them with the right insurance and financial products — auto, home, life, and more.
  • Drive new business. Proactively reach out to leads, follow up on referrals, and identify opportunities to help more people in our community.
  • Guide customers through the process. Walk clients through policy options, applications, and renewals in a way that's clear and stress-free.
  • Own your relationships. Keep accurate records, respond promptly, and follow through so customers feel taken care of — not just sold to.
  • Be a team player. Collaborate with our office team to make sure every customer interaction leaves a great impression.

Who We're Looking For

You don't need an insurance license to apply — we'll help you get one. What we do need:

  • A natural people person who enjoys conversations and building rapport
  • A self-starter who stays motivated and doesn't need to be micromanaged
  • Someone organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
  • Previous sales, customer service, or client-facing experience is a strong plus
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is a bonus — Port St. Lucie is a diverse community and it opens doors
