ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Dylan Carter - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs and market appropriate products and services.
- Market insurance products to potential customers using multiple methods of communication.
- Establish client relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
Requirements:
- Sales experience is a plus (outside or inside sales representative, retail sales, or telemarketing)
- Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams
- Self-motivated
- Entrepreneurial Spirit
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to multi-task
- Achieve mutually agreed upon marketing goals
- Property & Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
- Life & Health license (must be able to obtain)
Flexible work from home options available.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
