Life Insurance Sales Specialist

Location: Staten Island, NY (In-person)

We are seeking a motivated Life Insurance Sales Specialist to build meaningful client relationships and provide tailored insurance and retirement planning solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

· Engage existing and prospective clients to build trust and uncover their life insurance and retirement needs

· Conduct simple conversations and structured fact-finding meetings to identify gaps and opportunities

· Educate clients on State Farm’s life, disability, and financial products

· Present customized solutions and guide clients toward informed, confident decisions

· Build and maintain a book of business through consistent follow-up and referral generation

Ideal Candidate:

· Passionate about helping others protect what matters most

· Confident, goal-driven, and proactive in seeking out opportunities

· Coachable, accountable, and eager to grow professionally

· Willing to obtain an insurance license (training provided)

· Strong communicator with excellent listening and relationship-building skills

Base salary + uncapped commission structure with high earning potential
