ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a customer service representative with Quin Hampton Insurance Agency, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and empathetic demeanor
  • Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the insurance industry, is a plus.
  • Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
  • Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining thorough and accurate records of customers interactions and transactions.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, demonstrating a genuine heart to serve.
  • Provide accurate and comprehensive information about insurance products, coverage options, and claims processes.
  • Proactively identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions that enhance their experience.
  • Assist customers in completing applications and processing claims, ensuring they feel supported throughout the process.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their questions are answered and concerns are addressed, fostering lasting relationships.
  • Collaborate with team members to continuously improve customer service processes and enhance service quality.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • A genuine passion for helping others and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses preferred.
    • Candidates with active licenses will be given priority, but we are willing to support candidates who are in the process of obtaining these licenses.

Compensation: $30,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
