ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an experienced Account Representative for a high performing State Farm Independent Agency, your valued expertise is vital to the continued growth and development of our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs. Improving the lives of our customers is our primary focus.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
As an experienced Account Representative for a high performing State Farm Independent Agency, your valued expertise is vital to the continued growth and development of our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs. Improving the lives of our customers is our primary focus.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide accurate insurance quotes and bound policies
- Educate customers and prospective customers on insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Provide timely responses and Handle customer inquiries.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer information.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Licensed in Life, Health, Property and Casualty
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in providing customer service or sales preferred.
Compensation: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
