- Oversee the day to day operations of the office
- Handle escalated customer complaints and issues.
- Train and mentor customer service representatives.
- Service existing clients while prospecting for new business
- 3+ years of experience in customer service, with 2+ years in a managerial role.
- Leadership and organizational skills.
- Communication and problem-solving abilities.
