Role Description: As a Sales Representative for our State Farm Agency, you will play a key role in our daily operations and in ensuring the success of our customers. We believe that building meaningful relationships with our customers is essential, and your ability to connect with people will help us grow our agency. You will act as a bridge between our customers' needs and our various agency departments, all while promoting products and services that can truly enhance their lives.

Responsibilities:
- Manage customer accounts and keep information up to date in our database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and address their inquiries with care.
- Make out bound sales calls and texts.
- Accurate data entry.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a friendly demeanor.
- No prior experience in insurance is required; we provide comprehensive training to help you succeed!
