What You’ll Do:
- Answer incoming customer questions with professionalism and care
- Assist with policy updates, coverage questions, and basic claims support
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records
- Collaborate with licensed agents and team members on client needs
- Begin identifying potential customer needs and how insurance products could help
- Learn the foundations of sales conversations in a supportive, non-pressured environment

What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Willingness to obtain an insurance license (support and guidance will be provided)
- Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
