ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Insurance and Financial Services Position - State Farm Team Member for John Jensen - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by facilitating needs-based discovery and review conversations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain customer relationships in insurance and financial services
- Consult customers with needs-based discovery conversations
- Assist customers with insurance planning
- Stay current with market trends and product offerings.
- Regularly meet with existing customers to review current coverages and to identify potential gaps in insurance
- Regularly meet with newly signed customers to discuss office procedures, identify coverage gaps, and discuss additional product offerings
- This role involves many face-to-face and virtual meetings with both existing customers and newly acquired customers
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Sales experience preferred but not required
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Results driven
- Able to learn a proven sales conversation and regularly implement it
This role will require Property, Casualty, Life, & Health licensing but will be required AFTER an accepted offer. Agent's office reimburses all licensing fees.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
