Role Description: Sales Associate

As a Sales Associate at Alicia DuBose State Farm Agency, you will play a key role in helping clients protect what matters most to them. You will engage with prospective and existing customers, identify their needs, and provide tailored insurance solutions. You’ll also contribute to the agency’s success by building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

Connect with Clients: Build strong, lasting relationships with prospective and existing customers.
Sales Conversations: Identify client needs and recommend personalized insurance solutions that align with their goals.
Customer Support: Provide excellent service, answer inquiries, and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
Lead Generation: Proactively seek new business opportunities and follow up on leads.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to achieve sales targets and agency goals.
Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate customer records and assist with office communications.

Qualifications:

Experience: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
Skills:
