As an Account Representative at the Kyle Woodruff State Farm office, you play a crucial role in our daily operations and the success of our customers. Your mission is to foster meaningful relationships with clients, serving as the bridge between their needs and our agency’s resources. By proactively offering relevant products and services, you’ll enhance the lives of our customers and contribute to the growth of our agency. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Share valuable information about our insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with their policy applications and renewals.
- Address customer inquiries and provide prompt, helpful responses.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
