Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Receptionist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and supporting our agency's operations. Your attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively with our team will be essential to our continued success.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly and courteously.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for clients.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including filing and data entry.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office operations.
- Provide support for marketing and customer outreach
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer applications.
- Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred.
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged
