ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Personal Account Representative for Hal Lusk State Farm, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow the agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Personal Account Representative for Hal Lusk State Farm, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow the agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
- Ability to get your Property/Casualty and Life/Accident/Health License.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

- Our mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams.
- We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
- Our office is located in Byram, MS off the I-55 Frontage Road..
- Our office is open 8:30am to 5:00pm.
- Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Employee.
- I am a proud graduate of Mississippi College.
- We currently have 4 team members at our agency.
- We have 68 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
- Our agency has received awards including: Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, Bronze Tablet, and New Agent Program Qualifier
