As a State Farm Agent Team Member for Fernando Cevallos State Farm, you will be joining a 30+ year-old insurance agency with a large base of existing customers and a strong reputation in our local market to benefit from. Our office is located on SR 200 right before the bridge to Amelia Island- the same location we've been in since 1997!
Fernando brings 6+ years of Wall Street experience (Private Equity and Investment Banking) and is seeking a highly energetic, career-oriented, competitive producer who wants to join a winning team and is looking for career advancement and career mentorship.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain customer relationships in insurance and financial services.
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about their insurance and investment/retirement options
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services
- Be committed to "winning the day" every day and have a winning attitude

REQUIREMENTS:
- Interest in marketing products and services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- written, verbal, and listening

- Prior sales experience (traditional sales/retail sales/waiter/waitress/telemarketing/etc) preferred

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
