You’ll help build our brand, boost our visibility, and bring in the right leads so our producers can do what they do best: protect and empower people.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
• Make outbound calls to connect with potential customers and introduce State Farm products and services.
• Identify quality leads by asking smart questions and listening for real needs.
• Schedule appointments and pass warm leads to licensed agents for follow-up.
• Keep up with what we offer and how we help—so your conversations are always confident and clear.
• Log every interaction in our CRM so we never miss a beat.
• Track your results, share your wins, and help build momentum.
• Always stay sharp, ethical, and in line with State Farm’s standards.
WHAT YOU BRING:
• Experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer engagement (insurance background is a plus, but not required).
• A confident voice, strong communication skills, and natural curiosity.
• Drive. You love chasing goals and know how to bounce back from rejection.
• Ability to stay organized and juggle multiple conversations.
• A team-first attitude and the desire to make an impact every day.
