I’m a proud graduate of Western Michigan University, a passionate golf enthusiast, and a huge fan of college basketball, football, and the NFL. Outside of work, I stay active in the community as a youth football coach, which fuels my love for teamwork, leadership, and mentoring.

I’ve been with State Farm for 26 years and opened my own agency in 2015. Since then, we’ve built a laid-back, family-friendly office where flexibility and work-life balance are a priority. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Dave Smith - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
