RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage Customer Inquiries: Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries with a friendly and positive attitude, ensuring a welcoming experience for all clients.
- Sales Referral: Identify opportunities to pivot clients to the sales team for life and health insurance products, ensuring that customers receive comprehensive coverage options tailored to their needs.
- Resolve Issues: Address customer concerns and resolve issues efficiently, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
- Maintain Customer Records: Accurately update and maintain customer records, ensuring that all information is current and easily accessible.
- Customer Retention Strategies: Assist in implementing strategies aimed at retaining customers and enhancing their overall experience with our agency.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with other departments and team members to ensure a seamless experience for customers, promoting teamwork and communication.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
- Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service is preferred, with a proven ability to create positive interactions.
- Problem-Solving Ability: Strong problem-solving skills to address customer needs and resolve issues calmly and efficiently.
- Stress Management: Ability to handle high-stress situations with a calm and composed demeanor, maintaining a positive outlook.
