State Farm Insurance Agent Stephen Couvillon located on scenic South Congress Avenue in Austin, Texas is seeking an outgoing, career-oriented professional to join their nationally recognized winning team. We are searching for an energetic and organized professional interested in helping our business grow through value-based needs conversations while providing our clients with remarkable customer service.

As a team member of the Stephen Couvillon State Farm Agency, you will build and develop customer relationships as a front office customer service representative involving insurance-related office duties. You will promote and service State Farm products such as Auto, Homeowners, Renters, Life and Business for new and existing customers. 
 
 
 
Responsibilities
 
 
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships both over the phone and in person. 
  • Proactively follow up with customers as needed to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service tasks can include taking payments, responding to inquiries regarding insurance coverage, policy eligibility, making policy changes, transfers, claim submissions/assistance and billing clarification.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.

Requirements
 
 
  • Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
  • Detail oriented
  • Able to learn computer functions
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to effectively relate to a customer
  • Bilingual - Spanish (preferred not required) 
  • Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
  • Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
  • Must be available to work the following schedule: (Monday - Friday 9-5)

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
