RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to customer by promptly and accurately addressing inquiries related to auto, home, life, and other insurance products.
  • Manage and update client accounts within systems, ensuring all policy details, claims information, and payment records are current and accurate.
  • Assist customers with policy changes, renewals, billing questions, and claims support to foster strong client relationships and promote retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Educate clients on available insurance products and coverage options to help them make informed decisions aligned with their needs.
QUALIFICATIONS:

  • No insurance experience necessary
  • Positive attitude
  • Resiliance 
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Calm and composed under high-stress situations

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
