Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level service through policy changes, billing support, and claims follow-up.

  • Use State Farm platforms to complete all transactions accurately and efficiently.

  • Conduct proactive policy reviews and coverage check-ins with existing customers.

  • Identify and recommend additional State Farm products when needs arise.

  • Build strong, trusting customer relationships that drive retention and referrals.

What We’re Looking For

  • Active Property & Casualty license required (Life & Health a plus).

  • Prior State Farm agency experience (minimum 1 year preferred).

  • Proficiency in State Farm platforms and service processes.

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.

  • Service-oriented, organized, and confident in pivoting to sales when appropriate.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
