ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As Insurance and Financial Services Position - State Farm Team Member for Thomas Horne - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and maintain customer relationships in insurance and financial services.
Consult customers with comprehensive financial planning and insurance options.
Assist customers with retirement planning, investment management, and insurance needs.
Stay current with market trends and product offerings.
Be proactive in targeting and marketing to new customers.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Must have a sense of urgency.
Prefer candidates who are actively working to make their community a better place.
Must be fully licensed with Property & Casualty and Life & Health Licenses before you start onboarding
Will accept applications for partially licensed or currently working on getting licensed.
3+ years of experience in insurance and financial services are preferred.

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
