ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I launched my agency on October 1, 2024, after spending four years as a State Farm team member and additional time working within the corporate claims organization. That experience gave me a strong foundation in both operations and customer service, and it ultimately led me to agency ownership for the flexibility, financial opportunity, and lifestyle balance it provides. I’m a graduate of Central Michigan University, and outside of work I enjoy golfing, staying active, and spending time in northern Michigan.
Our team currently includes four members, and we’re focused on building something strong from the ground up. We offer a 401k, licensing reimbursement, and a genuine emphasis on work-life balance. Our office culture is friendly, fun, and centered on learning and growth.

As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Quinton Lemanski - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
- Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
- Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
- Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
- Leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
