ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I launched my agency on October 1, 2024, after spending four years as a State Farm team member and additional time working within the corporate claims organization. That experience gave me a strong foundation in both operations and customer service, and it ultimately led me to agency ownership for the flexibility, financial opportunity, and lifestyle balance it provides. I’m a graduate of Central Michigan University, and outside of work I enjoy golfing, staying active, and spending time in northern Michigan.
Our team currently includes four members, and we’re focused on building something strong from the ground up. We offer a 401k, licensing reimbursement, and a genuine emphasis on work-life balance. Our office culture is friendly, fun, and centered on learning and growth.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Quinton Lemanski - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
- Assist with customer retention strategies.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in customer service preferred.
- Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
Compensación: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
