We are seeking a motivated Insurance Account Representative to join our team. No previous sales or insurance experience is required—just a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn. This role offers a unique opportunity to grow within the company and eventually become a State Farm agent with our guidance.

Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with insurance account management, policy inquiries, and claims support.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and timely responses to client needs.
- Maintain accurate client records and update account information.
- Participate in training to learn insurance products and industry best practices.
- Support team administrative tasks and collaborate with colleagues.
Qualifications:
- No prior sales or insurance experience necessary.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- Strong work ethic and dedication to excellent customer service.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Reliable, punctual, and a team-oriented mindset.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
