ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I have been an agent for four years, and prior to that, I spent nine and a half years at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, working my way from Management Trainee to Branch Manager at the Ft. Lauderdale Airport. I played Division I baseball at the College of Charleston in South Carolina, and last month I married my wife, Nathia. Outside of work, I stay active by supporting several softball and little league baseball teams in the community. Our agency is built on a friendly, laidback, and family-oriented culture where hard work is recognized and teamwork drives success. We currently have five team members—three in sales and two in service—and we strive to foster an environment that promotes positivity, growth, and achievement both professionally and personally. We are looking for motivated, positive, and hardworking individuals who want to grow while making a meaningful impact on themselves, our team, and the community we serve.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Jesse Mesa - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide information about insurance products and services.
  • Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Experience in customer service or sales preferred.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
