Insurance Account Representative – State Farm Agent Team Member

What You’ll Do
- Build strong relationships by helping customers understand insurance options that fit their needs
- Guide customers through applications, renewals, and service updates with care and professionalism
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide solutions that exceed expectations
- Keep accurate records of interactions and follow up to ensure satisfaction
- Contribute to the growth of the agency through proactive outreach and product education
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Detail-oriented multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Prior sales or customer service experience preferred (but not required—we’ll train the right person!)
- A positive, team-oriented attitude with a drive to succeed
Compensation: $60,000 – $85,000 per year (base + performance incentives)
