ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative with Andrew Vega State Farm agency, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

This position requires obtaining insurance licenses. We offer assistance and reimbursement for ideal candidates new to the industry.

- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Educate customers on coverage and uncover potential gaps.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
