Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the day-to-day operations of our insurance agency and investment firm. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Property & Casualty insurance, have proven leadership skills, and a passion for driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and streamline daily operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with industry regulations.
- Lead and develop the operations team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Oversee client service processes, ensuring exceptional customer experience.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement strategic initiatives.
- Monitor key performance indicators and prepare operational reports.
- Ensure adherence to Property & Casualty insurance regulations and licensing requirements.
- Coordinate between insurance and investment departments to optimize workflow and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred (Business Administration, Finance, or related field).
- Valid Property & Casualty insurance license.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a management role within the insurance or financial services industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in relevant software and technology platforms used in insurance and investment operations.

Compensación: $100,000.00 per year
