ROLE DESCRIPTION:
If chosen, you will start as an Assistant Manager and then be expected to grow into a full management role in a short time. As a future manager with the Lewis State Farm Agency, you will need to exhibit exceptional customer support and consistently achieve both personal and team production goals that contribute to the growth of a successful business. You will also be charged with addressing customer inquiries, resolving disputes, coordinating with and directing other agency team members, and anticipating and fulfilling the protection and financial needs of the community members we serve.

- Help coordinate customer service, develop sales leaders, and assist in overseeing daily operations.
- Help develop and implement new media advertising and outreach programs.
- Handle escalated customer complaints and issues.
- Assist in the training and mentoring of new customer service and sales representatives.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years of experience in customer service and sales of an intangible product, with 2+ years in a management or support role.
- Proven leadership and organizational skills.
- Time-Tested communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Currently holding or willingness to successfully achieve both a Illinois Property/Casualty and Life/Health License prior to employment.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
