Location: Riverside, CA | Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $41,600 Base Salary ($20/hr) + Uncapped Bonus (Expected total: $48,000 - $60,000+ in year one)

What We Offer

Daily Responsibilities
  • Client Care: Answer incoming calls, handle policy changes, assist with billing, and support the claims process.
  • Retention: Build deep trust with existing policyholders to keep our retention rates high.
  • Coverage Reviews: Review current policies, spot coverage gaps, and schedule annual reviews.
  • Account Growth: Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities naturally during service conversations.
What We Need From You
  • Licensing: Property & Casualty (P&C) license preferred, OR willingness to obtain it within 60 days of hire (we help guide you through this).
  • Experience: 1–2 years of face-to-face or phone-based customer service, retail sales, or account management.
  • Skills: Strong phone presence, active listening, and basic computer proficiency.
  • Traits: Goal-oriented, empathetic, and organized.
Compensation: $42,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
