Sales/Service– State Farm Agent Office – McHenry, Illinois

What We’re Looking For:

  • Illinois Property & Casualty License required (Life & Health license a plus)
  • Recent, hands-on P&C insurance experience with demonstrated sales achievements 
  • High integrity people 
  • Openness to our Agency CULTURE, PROCESSES, STANDARD
  • Exceptional communication skills: phone, email, text, video, and in-person
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities seamlessly
  • Proficient with CRM systems and comfortable working independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to confidently conduct client meetings and presentations in multiple formats
  • Commitment to ethical, client-centered sales practices and ongoing professional development
Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and nurture strong customer relationships through proactive outreach and follow-up
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly service addressing inquiries on coverage options, eligibility, policy changes, claims, and billing
  • Collaborate effectively with agency teammates to deliver seamless client experiences
  • Maintain current knowledge of products, licensing requirements, and industry updates

  • This position is with an independent State Farm agent, not the corporate State Farm Insurance Company.
  • Health/medical insurance is NOT provided for this role.
  • Selected candidates must complete required training and continuing education courses.

Compensation: $53,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
