What You’ll Do:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through timely follow-ups and support.
- Generate leads, schedule appointments, and match customers with insurance products that meet their needs.
- Provide outstanding customer service by answering questions about policies, claims, billing, and coverage options.
- Support marketing campaigns through calls, emails, direct mail, and presentations.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Assist customers with insurance education and needs-based reviews.
What We’re Looking For:
- Positive attitude and passion for helping people.
- Previous sales experience is a plus but not required.
- Willingness to obtain Life/Health and Property & Casualty insurance licenses (training provided).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Bilingual candidates (Spanish preferred) encouraged to apply.
