ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2017, and today I have a tight-knit team of four. Before becoming an agent, I served as an Agent Aspirant, and agency ownership has been a natural fit for me—especially since State Farm runs in my family. My dad, my brother, and I are all State Farm agents. I graduated from the University of Washington, I’m a pilot, and I love to travel whenever I can.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Evan Silvers - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide information about insurance products and services.
  • Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
