ROLE OVERVIEW:
As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Nate Atkins - State Farm Agent, you’ll deliver exceptional customer experiences that fuel the continued success of our agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and empathy will help customers feel confident while building long-term relationships.
This role is perfect for someone who wants to grow professionally while making a difference in their community.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer customer inquiries and explain policy details clearly
- Assist with policy updates, changes, and reviews
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Collaborate with team members to anticipate customer needs
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, in-office environment
- Customer-focused, reliable, and motivated
- Interest in professional growth and advancement
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have Property & Casualty license
- Prior customer service experience in the insurance industry
- Sales-oriented mindset with comfort working toward goals
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, in-office environment
- Proficiency with computers, CRMs, and Windows-based systems
