Key Responsibilities: Building Your Future Success

  • Client Acquisition: Proactively prospect and qualify potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and networking to grow your book of business continuously.
  • Consultative Sales: Present and sell personalized insurance solutions (auto, home, life, health) focused on meeting client needs and establishing lasting relationships.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and nurture strong, long-term client connections to drive policy retention, repeat business, and referrals.
  • Performance & Growth: Consistently meet or exceed sales goals while preparing for licensing through ongoing, paid professional development.
  • Agent Development: Participate in mentorship programs to gain deep product knowledge and become a fully licensed, high-performing agent.

Additional Requirements:

  • Eligibility to obtain Property, Casualty, Life, and Health insurance licenses in Washington State.
  • Comfortable with a compensation structure combining base salary and commission, where your effort directly drives your income growth.
