ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in June 2025 and is already growing fast, with two full-time team members and one part-time team member. Before opening my own office, I worked as a team member with another State Farm agent, which gave me a clear vision of what kind of culture and work environment I wanted to build — one rooted in collaboration, integrity, and opportunity.
I graduated from LSU with a degree in finance and have always loved the outdoors. When I’m not in the office, you’ll usually find me hunting, fishing, camping, skiing, or spending time on the Gulf Coast. That same drive and enthusiasm for adventure carry over into how I lead my team — setting big goals, working hard, and celebrating our wins together.

As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with James Brauns - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
