Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and recommend solutions.
- Prospect and generate leads through networking and digital outreach.
- Build strong relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
- Present and demonstrate products/services tailored to client needs.
- Meet sales targets consistently.
- Track sales and service activities and report on performance metrics weekly.
- Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
- Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness of our team within the community.
- Detail driven and accurate work to ensure a consistent customer experience.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and customer focused.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Able to work across multiple platforms and experience with using CRM tools.

Compensation: $65,000.00 - $97,500.00 per year
