Marketing & Growth Coordinator (Hybrid) – Anchorage
High-energy, creative role supporting social media content and in-person outreach with local businesses and property managers.
This is a hybrid, hands-on position — not passive, not fully remote. You’ll be customer-facing, on camera at times, and expected to manage flexible time responsibly.
Ideal for someone who is:

We’re seeking a polished, high-energy, and creative professional to support our brand both online and in the community.
This role includes:
- Creating and appearing in social media content
- In-person outreach with local businesses and property managers
- Supporting marketing and operational needs as the business grows
You should be confident, organized, and comfortable being customer-facing. This is not a passive social media role and requires discipline and professionalism.
Experience with business social media or short-form video is a big plus.
Flexible work from home options available.
Compensation: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
